Instructor: Roberta Papaleo

Roberta started practicing yoga in 2015 and from then her life changed. She has totally embraced the philosophy and devoted her life to it. She has completed her teacher training as Sivananda Hatha Yoga instructor in 2017. Since then, she has been teaching in several yoga studios, mainly at the Yoga Center 108 of Rome, where she had her first approach to the discipline. She has traveled to India where she had the chance to study Sanscrit and Yoga Nidra and to lead yoga classes and meditation sessions in an ashram in Gokarna. She is in the process of deepening her knowledge about the therapeutic and healing aspect of the yoga practice. 

Instructor: Sofia Bergström (Fia and Yoga):

A devoted practice of āsanas (postures) and prānāyāmas (breathing exercises), done with attentiveness, refines the perception of thoughts, emotions and body sensations and leads to tranquillity and composure.

The āsanas and prānāyāmas are introduced and taught in detail and the participants get relevant information for their daily practice. This course is meant for all Yoga practitioners, and is suitable for beginners

All classes are taught in English.

Sophia has been practicing yoga since 2003. She has completed her Teacher Training as an Iyengar-Yoga instructor in 2007. In 2016 she she has been appointed to be the Teacher Trainer for Patanjali-Yoga-Switzerland in Umea, Sweden. Apart from teaching regular classes,  having a high level background in different kind of sports, she trains athletes (beachvolleyball, soccer, golf, floor ball), teaching them yoga in order to improve their performances both on a mental and physical level.
Apart from being a devoted yoga-practitioner and -teacher, she is a mother of three and works as a social worker with families and youngsters. (

Instructor: Dee Cooke (Yoga):

I started practising Yoga, Pilates and Meditative Dance in Istanbul in 2004. Since then, at various times, I have taught yoga and meditation. 

After spending 7 years in the UK, I now live in Fethiye, Turkey, where I am teaching regular yoga classes and organizing yoga retreats. Yoga has always been a great passion of mine. While I was focusing on other career paths, yoga and other forms of meditative exercises have always been core to my soul and identity. My experiences of serious health problems, have made me re-evaluate my life and eventually I gave up other career plans. I feel great pleasure in teaching and enjoy sharing yoga and reiki with others.
